Added to a janitorial plan
Janitorial service is the base plan. Office and medical spaces add their own tasks, floors get a separate schedule, and the supplies come from our own store.
Offices and medical buildings each add their own layer on top of the nightly visit. Office cleaning brings the hybrid plan many offices prefer, with restrooms and trash daily and detailed work on Fridays, plus extra disinfection when flu season arrives. Healthcare cleaning brings training built on JCAHO standards, room checklists for exam rooms and a HIPAA policy that keeps crews away from patient information.
Floors are scheduled separately because a strip and wax runs on a longer interval, with quarterly being common. Commercial floor cleaning comes at a discounted price for clients already on our nightly service, and it goes on the same Task Frequency Sheet. The paper towels, soap, dispensers and crew cleaners all come off the shelves of our janitorial supplies store inside the Kelly Tech Center.

What Gets Done on a Nightly Janitorial Visit
A standard nightly visit covers trash and recycling removal, restroom sanitization, a breakroom wipe-down, vacuuming and mopping of every hard and carpeted floor, dusting of surfaces and high-touch points, and spot-cleaning of glass and mirrors. Crews use HEPA vacuums and microfiber tools, which hold the dust instead of pushing it around the room, and paper goods are restocked as part of the visit.
How often each area gets that treatment is written on a Task Frequency Sheet for your building. Some Ventura businesses want daily service, others three times a week, weekly deep cleans or a mix of the two, and most of our janitorial clients are on evening or overnight schedules so the cleaning never interrupts the workday.
