First, your Kelly Cleaning Account Manager will create a unique Custom Cleaning Program, as well as, a custom Quality Assurance Program per your specific requirements. We offer a diversified portfolio of cleaning services to draw from and are rendered by our experienced, trained technicians who use the latest, most innovative high-tech equipment available to provide the best suited service for you.
You and your associates will always be able to speak with a human who knows who you are and can assist you with your concerns. You will not be forced to deal with automated phone calls or online software that keeps you hanging when you want information immediately. Our Customer Solutions Office Staff
To match your Custom Cleaning Program, our Customer Solution Representatives coordinate customer, cleaner, and Kelly Cleaning through on-site visits, written correspondence, photos, phone calls, and emails. Our multilingual, in-office staff, located at Kelly Cleaning Headquarters are always available during working hours. You will receive immediate assistance and will not lose time due to automated directories, answering machines, or out-of-country transfer calls.
We have our staff educated in many different cleaning methods, as well as knowledge of cleaning products that will benefit your company. Our dedicated staff is constantly finding solutions to your needs, offering recommendations, and doing this all in a timely manner. Our recommendations would include things such as cleaning solutions to handle your specific cleaning needs, proper dispensers, and paper products for your type of business, and the best trained janitorial staff.
Customer Solutions Representative
Your Customer Solutions Representative will visit your location at the frequency you require, normally once a month, or more often if deemed necessary. The Customer Solutions Representative will schedule site walk-throughs with a representative from your company to address any concerns.
Your Customer Solutions Representative will utilize photo documentation, instant messaging, and consistent email communication to keep all concerned parties informed and to keep a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Lead Person is responsible for their crew and the work they complete at their assigned buildings. Each Lead Person is able to communicate with both their customers and their cleaning crew in both English and Spanish through a Communication Log that Kelly Cleaning provides; the Communication Log will be checked nightly to ensure any and all customer concerns are addressed efficiently and quickly. The lead person will be responsible for completing an Inspection Report or Task Sheet, taking photos, and sending emails.
Your assigned Night Supervisor will spontaneously check your account twice monthly. This is to ensure that your office is cleaned per contract specifications and that cleaners are following Kelly’s policies such as: no children, no audible music, building is locked during and after cleaning, lights are turned off, and alarms are set.
The Night Supervisor, like your Customer Solution Representative, will utilize photo documentation, instant messaging, and email to keep all parties informed.
