Santa Barbara is about 12 miles up the coast, with Montecito in between, and all three Santa Barbara County towns are served from our base in Ventura. A business with locations in more than one of them gets the same month-to-month terms in each, with a dedicated account supervisor, random inspections and a written Task Frequency Sheet for every building.
Ventura is home base. Our office and The Ultimate Rug Spa are on Donlon St., and our supply store, the Kelly Tech Center, sits on Knoll Drive, which is where janitorial supplies and our own cleaning products are picked up. Ojai, inland in Ventura County, is on the same service list as Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks and the other Ventura County cities.

The Kelly Cleaning team was outstanding! Our tenants with young children just vacated last week and it was left in rough condition! This wonderful team of 9 spent two days returning my property to near perfect condition.
Edgar and Randy did an amazing job! The carpet was in a rental and was a mess. We thought we would TRY cleaning it but didn't think it could come clean. They took their time and made it like new!
