Added to a janitorial plan
A janitorial contract can cover more than trash and restrooms. These are the pieces that sit on top of it.
A janitorial account often covers more than one kind of space. Office cleaning adds detail work for desks, meeting rooms and lobbies, nightly or as a weekly deep clean with dusting and vacuuming across the whole floor. In buildings with exam rooms, healthcare cleaning adds JCAHO-trained crews, restroom tools kept apart from patient-area tools, and a HIPAA policy under which patient information stays untouched.
Hard floors run on their own cycle. Commercial floor cleaning covers the scrubbing, stripping, waxing and buffing, and accounts on our janitorial service get a discounted price for it. The Kelly Tech Center in Ventura supplies the products we clean with, and buildings that restock between visits can buy janitorial supplies there, from green cleaners to paper goods, with a Kelly Technician showing staff how to use them.

Janitorial Services for Offices, Plants and Medical Buildings
Camarillo’s largest employers show the range: the Pleasant Valley School District, St. John’s Hospital Camarillo, manufacturers like Meissner Filtration Products and Hi-Temp Insulation, and research firms like Teledyne Scientific & Imaging. Add the retail at Camarillo Premium Outlets, and the city needs janitorial crews who can clean a classroom, a clinic and a production floor.
The work is planned around the building: overnight resets or low-traffic windows, server rooms and display areas, and floors that range from VCT and concrete to tile, hardwood and carpet. Schools get safe, non-toxic products, and healthcare facilities get careful sanitation protocols.
