Dental and medical suites move up to healthcare cleaning, whose JCAHO-trained crews work from written exam room procedures and keep restroom gear apart from patient areas, so nothing crosses from one space to the other.
Commercial floor cleaning goes on the same frequency sheet, often with a quarterly strip and wax, and it costs less for accounts already on our program. For janitorial supplies, the Kelly Tech Center sells the in-house green products our crews work with, so the hand soap and paper goods refilled each night can be bought from the company doing the refilling.

Who Checks the Work at a Account
A Montecito account is assigned its own account supervisor, who drops in for routine inspections at random and records the results in a written quality check. If something is missed, you call our local customer service team and talk to a person, not a robot or an overseas call center.
