Nearby Cities
Have a second location nearby? These are the neighboring cities we serve, each with its own services page.
Coast Village Road is technically inside Santa Barbara city limits, so the line between the two towns runs right through the local shopping streets. Santa Barbara has its own services page, and so does Carpinteria a short drive down the coast. All three sit in our Santa Barbara County service area, cleaned by the same family-owned company and held to the same written quality checks.
Both counties are run out of Ventura. The Kelly Tech Center, our Knoll Drive base, oversees janitorial accounts and keeps crew supplies on hand, and the Donlon Street rug shop, The Ultimate Rug Spa, takes in area rugs from both counties. A shop with one storefront here and another in Carpinteria or Santa Barbara gets its own written schedule for each address.

Businesses
Shops, Hotels and Offices
Montecito is an unincorporated community on the south coast of Santa Barbara County, set between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific. Its business life is small and concentrated: the shops, cafes and offices of the Upper Village at San Ysidro and East Valley roads, the boutiques and restaurants of Coast Village Road, which locals treat as Montecito’s main street even though it sits inside Santa Barbara city limits, and resort hotels like Rosewood Miramar Beach, the Four Seasons Biltmore and San Ysidro Ranch.
Shops, offices and hotels here keep high standards, and the crew has to get the details right without being noticed. Each building gets its own plan, and the work is scheduled for when you are closed.

Excellent service. Cannot be happier with their work. David Isaac came to do an assessment and was very professional and efficient. He sent me a quote on the same day.
The Kelly Cleaning team was outstanding! Our tenants with young children just vacated last week and it was left in rough condition! This wonderful team of 9 spent two days returning my property to near perfect condition.
Edgar and Randy did an amazing job! The carpet was in a rental and was a mess. We thought we would TRY cleaning it but didn't think it could come clean. They took their time and made it like new!
