Rug Cleaning in Agoura Hills
Rug Cleaning by Bonded and Insured Crews
Kelly Cleaning does its area rug cleaning for Agoura Hills homes and businesses at The Ultimate Rug Spa, our shop at 1445 Donlon St. in Ventura. Each rug is inspected, cleared of loose dust, washed and dried there, and minor repairs such as fringe replacement are done in the same shop. You can bring a rug to the shop, or ask us about pickup when you call. Family-owned since 1978.
- Certified Rug SpaThe Ultimate Rug Spa holds Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration certification covering its rug work.
- Hand Spot TreatmentHand spot treatment goes on whatever stains remain after hot water extraction, and drying starts after that.
- No Need to WaitWashing a rug regularly keeps its fibers from wearing out early, so it is worth cleaning before any stains show up.
The Carpet and Rug Institute discourages do-it-yourself cleaning of area rugs made with natural fibers other than cotton.

Around the rug
These are the surfaces that share a room with a rug: wall-to-wall carpet, upholstered furniture and the hard floor underneath.
While The Ultimate Rug Spa has the rug, the floor it was lying on can be cleaned. Carpet cleaning takes care of wall-to-wall carpet in the room using truck-mounted steam, with pre-spotting at no charge. For wood under the rug, hardwood floor cleaning takes up dirt and old polish while the coating underneath goes unharmed, and tile and grout cleaning steams the surrounding grout lines, with color sealing optional.
Pet hair, crumbs and spills land on the sofa beside a rug as well, and upholstery cleaning handles that. Upholstered furniture is cleaned where it stands, with truck-mounted steam suited to the fabric, and anything that needs deeper care than a home visit allows can go to the Donlon Street shop. Every surface has its own method, and Kelly Cleaning covers all four.

Area Rugs in Homes and Offices
An area rug softens a tile or wood floor, anchors a living room and takes the traffic at the front door, and the whole time it traps dirt and allergens below the surface. Spills and pet accidents soak down toward the backing, and dust packs in where a home vacuum cannot pull it back out.
Offices and lobbies have rugs too, usually at the entry. We clean area rugs for Agoura Hills homes and businesses, and size does not change the care: a small rug is handled as carefully as a big one, and a hallway runner gets the same inspection as a living room rug.
