Carpet Cleaning in Moorpark
Carpet Cleaning From Our Ventura Team
Moorpark homes and businesses get carpet cleaning from Kelly Cleaning with truck-mounted steam, also called hot water extraction, which lifts the dirt, stains and odors a vacuum cannot reach. Pre-spotting is free on every job, stain treatment never costs extra, and we can quote by email from a room count. Family-owned in Ventura County since 1978.
- Ten Common OdorsSewage backup, cigarette smoke, mold, mildew and pet urine are on the list of ten odors our crews deal with most.
- Fans for DryingFans are placed once extraction ends, and drying depends on the carpet itself, how air moves in the room and the weather.
- Commercial FrequencyOffices and shops book commercial carpet on a daily to bi-monthly cycle, all of it inspected under our Quality Assurance Program.
Carpet that has been wet cleaned should be dry within 12 hours, according to the Carpet and Rug Institute.

The rest of the room
Most rooms mix carpet with a rug, a sofa and some hard flooring, and all of it is walked over by the same shoes.
Area rugs need a different wash than wall-to-wall pile. Rug cleaning takes them out of the house entirely: staff at The Ultimate Rug Spa inspect every rug for wear, tears and stains, then wash it on a Turkish-made machine. Upholstery cleaning shares the carpet truck parked out front, after a fabric test for color bleeding, so the sofa is done on the same visit.
Hard floors in the same house hold the grit that gets walked onto the pile. Tile and grout cleaning puts pressurized steam into every joint, with grout color sealing offered as an extra. Hardwood floor cleaning begins by checking which finish the wood has, then strips away old polish and grime without damaging it. Doing the rooms together keeps one clean floor from being dirtied by the next.

Carpet Cleaning for Homes and Home Acres
Moorparkâs dry inland air and dusty summers send fine grit into carpet, and backyard pets bring in more. That grit settles below the surface and cuts at the fibers every time someone walks across it, which is why traffic lanes look flat and gray long before the rest of the room.
We clean carpet in homes across Moorpark and the area around it, including Moorpark Home Acres, from bedrooms and family rooms to stairs and hallways. Area rugs are a separate job, washed at The Ultimate Rug Spa in Ventura rather than on your floor.
- Traffic Lanesflat, gray paths brought back
- Pet Hair and Danderpulled from deep in the pile
- Fine Gritremoved before it wears the fibers
- Bedrooms and Family Roomswall to wall
- Stairs and Hallwayswhere foot traffic is heaviest
- Area Rugswashed at The Ultimate Rug Spa
Our Process
Truck-Mounted Steam Cleaning, Start to Finish
Our cleaning unit rides in the truck with its own engine, water tank and heater, and it cleans faster and deeper than traditional methods because of that power. Only the hoses come into the house. A pre-treatment goes down first to loosen the dirt, and stains get free pre-spotting.
Hot water and cleaning solution are then pushed down into the pile and pulled back out by a high-powered vacuum, taking the dissolved grime with them. Fans go in place when extraction ends so the carpet dries sooner, and our cleaning agents are eco-friendly and safe for the people and pets in a Moorpark home.
- Truck-Mounted Unitits own engine, water and heat
- Pre-Treatmentloosens the dirt first
- Free Pre-Spottingon every job
- Hot Water Extractioninjected and pulled back out
- High-Powered Vacuumdissolved grime removed
- Drying Fansplaced once extraction ends

No. Pre-spotting is free on every job, and treating the stains is included in the price.
How does truck-mounted steam cleaning work in a home?
The unit stays in the truck, powered by its own engine, water tank and heater, and the hoses carry hot water and solution inside. It goes into the carpet and comes straight back out with the dirt.
Can you treat pet urine odor in carpet?
Yes. Pet urine is among the odors we see most, and it gets a specially formulated solution.
How long will my carpet take to dry?
That depends on the carpet, the airflow in the room and the weather that day, and the fans we set up after cleaning speed it along.
Do you clean commercial carpet in Moorpark?
Yes. Offices and shops choose how often we come, and carpet is only one part of what we clean in Moorpark.
Do you clean area rugs for homes too?
Yes. Rugs go to The Ultimate Rug Spa in Ventura, and Moorpark rug cleaning explains how they are washed.
