Shop the Kelly StoreMade by a Commercial Cleaning Company That Uses Them Every Day
Kelly Cleaning & Supplies has been a commercial cleaning and janitorial company serving Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties since 1978. Our crews handle janitorial service, office cleaning, healthcare cleaning, commercial floor care, carpet cleaning, and post-construction cleanup, so our products get used hard, every day, across every kind of surface.
Over the decades we have tested thousands of cleaning products, and the ones that earned a spot on our own trucks became the Kelly line. We also run the Kelly Tech Center, a janitorial supply store at 2300 Knoll Dr., Suite B in Ventura, where other cleaning companies come to stock up. We even built a testing area in the store, with floors in about twenty different surfaces, from travertine to marble to tile, so you can see for yourself exactly how a product works on the surface you clean.

Even some of our top competitors buy from us.
When the companies you compete with for contracts are stocking up on your products, that says all you need to know about our products. We won’t name them, because we don’t want to embarrass anyone. We’re grateful they see our products as the best thing to use to get their jobs done.
Why Buy From a Company That Actually Cleans
Most cleaning businesses buy from distributors that may have never even cleaned a building. Kelly Cleaning’s products come from the other direction.
Typical distributor stock
- Looks fine on a spec sheet
- Crews find out on the job that it streaks or leaves residue
- Takes two passes to do what should take one
Kelly Cleaning’s line
- Picked by people who clean commercial buildings for a living
- Has to work on the first pass
What’s Shipping Nationwide Right Now
Kelly Cleaning has a large product line, and we’ve had so many requests to ship it that we’re starting with five of our most popular products. They’re the first of a long line of Kelly products, and we’ll be adding more over time. Together they cover the jobs that come up on almost every commercial route: hard floors and surfaces, tile and bathrooms, heavy grease and grime, spots on carpet and upholstery, and furniture that never stays dust-free for long. The rest of Kelly Cleaning’s janitorial supplies are available for pickup at the Tech Center.

- Mix
- 2 oz per gallon of water
- Sizes
- Quart Case, Gallon, Gallon Case

Commercial crews don’t have time to switch bottles every time the surface changes. Shorn N’ Begorn is the neutral pH floor cleaner our crews use on tile, sealed wood floors, laminate, sealed stone and marble, painted walls, trim, cabinets, countertops, and furniture. The neutral pH means it won’t strip wax, haze a finish, or etch sealed stone, and optical brighteners help surfaces dry clean instead of cloudy.
Fewer reorders, lower cost per job for teams covering large square footage.
It also cuts through the dust, fingerprints, and haze of post-construction cleanup without damaging fresh paint or new finishes.
Quart Case$57.60
Order Lucky CharmLucky Charm
Ready-to-use carpet and upholstery spot remover- Use on
- Carpets, rugs, upholstery, most fabrics
- Prep
- None. Ready to use, no mixing or rinsing
- Size
- Quart Case
- Shipping
- Nationwide via UPS
Lucky Charm is the ready-to-use carpet spot remover our crews keep on the cart for carpets, rugs, upholstery, and most fabrics. Coffee in the break room, drinks in the waiting area, food in the lobby, and pet accidents in a rental turnover are exactly what it was made for.
There is no mixing, no rinsing, and no extraction machine. Spray the spot, blot it with a clean cloth, and let it dry on its own. The low-ammonia formula evaporates quickly, so it doesn’t leave sticky residue or crunchy fibers, and the scent fades soon after use. Because it doesn’t leave buildup or interfere with extraction later, janitorial teams use it as a between-service spot treatment.
On upholstery or delicate fabrics, test a small hidden spot first.
Quart Case$64.80
Order Kleen N SheenKleen N Sheen
Polymer-based furniture polish that repels dust and fingerprints- Use on
- Wood furniture, plastic, Formica, vinyl, stone countertops
- Apply
- Spray onto a microfiber cloth, wipe on, buff with the dry side
- Not for
- Floors, glass, mirrors, stainless steel
- Size
- Quart Case
Kleen N Sheen is a polymer-based furniture polish for desks, conference tables, reception counters, and countertops. It leaves a smooth shine and a slick barrier that repels dust and fingerprints, so surfaces stay presentable longer between visits, and it dries to the touch without the oily buildup heavier polishes leave.
Crews spray it onto a microfiber cloth, never directly on the surface, wipe it on, and buff with the dry side. It stays off floors because the finish is slick, and it isn’t made for glass, mirrors, or stainless steel.
Gallon$13.86
Order O’Brite Tile CleanerO’Brite Tile Cleaner
Acidic tile cleaner for soap scum and hard water stains- Use on
- Ceramic tile, porcelain, glass, some bathroom plastics
- Not for
- Natural stone, nickel, brass, copper
- Size
- Gallon
- Shipping
- Nationwide via UPS
O’Brite is an acidic tile cleaner made for ceramic tile, porcelain, glass, and some bathroom plastics. It takes off the heavy soap scum, hard water stains, and deep-set grime that general bathroom cleaners can’t break through, and it leaves a bright finish without a cloudy film or residue.
Crews use it on shower walls, tubs, tile floors, and glass panels in restrooms that see heavy use. Because it’s acidic, it stays off natural stone and off metals like nickel, brass, and copper.
Gallon, Gallon Case, Quart Case$11.99 to $57.60
Order Blarney BusterBlarney Buster
Industrial-strength alkaline degreaser concentrate- Use on
- Stone, painted walls, wood, upholstery, carpet, when diluted correctly
- Built for
- Kitchens, garages, workshops, restaurants, construction and restoration
- Sizes
- Gallon, Gallon Case, Quart Case
- Shipping
- Nationwide via UPS
Blarney Buster is an industrial-strength alkaline degreaser that breaks down heavy grease, stubborn grime, and tough buildup. Diluted correctly, it’s safe on most surfaces, including stone, painted walls, wood, upholstery, and even carpet.
It handles everything from restaurant kitchens to construction sites and restoration work, so crews can take on severe messes without switching between products. Paint and upholstery need the right dilution so it doesn’t over-strip the finish.
Bulk and Wholesale Cleaning Supplies by the Case
Shorn N’ Begorn, Blarney Buster, Lucky Charm, and Kleen N Sheen all come in case sizes, so you can order bulk cleaning supplies for your crews instead of running out mid-week. If you’ve been buying wholesale cleaning supplies from a distributor that may have never even cleaned a building, this is your chance to buy from a company whose own crews depend on the same products.
