JCAHO quality standards are the blueprint that Kelly Cleaning uses in its Healthcare Cleaning Services. Kelly has taken that blueprint then improved upon it. Kelly Cleaning not only meets but it exceeds the JCAHO standards. Using JCAHO standards as a format then improving on them, Kelly has implemented the following:

• Infectious control procedures that have been approved by an Infectious Control Practitioner. The prevention of spreading infectious bacteria through Environmental Services (EVS) procedures
• Cleaning schedules for our employees to use when cleaning a healthcare facility
• Special cleaning procedures for exam roons, work stations, utility rooms, etc. Precautions for cross contamination.
• We provide for our clients, custom performance programs with monthly reporting to the designated facility liaison. 
• Monthly quality inspections are made using JCAHO cleaning standards 
• MSDS sheets provided within an exposure book that indicates the frequency of project cleaning and the completition of each task.

Kelly Training Program

The Kellytraining Program consists of hands-on training, videos and written test.

Our healthcare facility training program exceeds the regulatory standardsof HIPAA, JCAHO, and CDS standards.

It is mandatory each supervisor, lead person and employee pass a written test to insure these procedures are understood and maintained. The Kelly Healthcare Facility Training is refreshed yearly with updates applied. Some of the numerous topics covered in this training are:

It is Kelly Cleaning & Supplies, Inc. policy that all patient information is confidential. Any confidential patient information that a Kelly employee may be at liberty too see will be kept confidential. No employee shall access, discuss, review, disclose, trasmit, alter or destroy Confidential Patient information.
